An exquisite specimen of fine French pottery, this soufflé dish is a milky white color with a gorgeous pleated exterior that makes it an attractive serving vessel that goes from oven to table. With a 4-inch diameter and a capacity of 1-1/2 cups, this dish bakes and serves an individual soufflé and can also double as a baker for single servings of custard or a bowl for serving olives, chocolates, or other small snacks.

And, with a little liquid in the baker, the pan can even be placed over a diffused flame on the stovetop. All pieces are glazed and fired at temperatures of about 2,500 degrees Fahrenheit, which produces a non-porous, rock-hard finish that easily cleans up by hand or in the dishwasher.
